Who I Serve
I serve Christian high performers and Christian-led businesses who want a wiser, deeper, more integrated way to lead and live. For over three decades I've come alongside founders, executives, and professionals — helping them gain clarity, face the patterns that keep repeating, navigate weighty decisions, and grow in ways that align leadership, relationships, and inner life with what they believe.
Background and Training
I earned a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing, from New York University's Stern School of Business. I spent my early career as a business-plan writer and financial consultant before earning a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling (M.A.C.C.) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I went on to complete the Advanced Corporate Coaching and Advanced Life Coaching certification programs through Coach Inc. (CoachU) — among the most established coaching programs in the world. I am currently continuing doctoral studies in practical theology.
I'm certified in MBTI Step II and the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment, and I draw regularly on CliftonStrengths 34 and DiSC in my work. I also use my own SALVES assessment to help identify the core drivers beneath behavior.
How I Work
Clients describe me as someone who gets to the heart of the matter quickly, asks the questions others don't, tells the truth with care, and stays with them through the work. A small support team assists me behind the scenes with research, trainings, and materials so each engagement stays highly tailored to you — but the coaching and advisory relationship itself is directly with me.
