With over two decades of Christian experience, Ryan has developed a unique brand of Gospel-centered counseling that is designed to get to the root fast and apply the Gospel to the core.
He has worked with more than 3,700 clients (in individual, couple, family, or group sessions). He has facilitated about 120 groups and delivered hundreds of workshops, training programs, and facilitations. He meets with clients at his office, over the phone, or over Zoom.
Practicing Bible-based counseling under Georgia State Law (GA Code Title 43-10A-7, b, 11), Ryan’s broad and varied personal and professional history allows him to connect with clients from many walks of life and successfully helps individuals, couples, and families heal in areas such as:

Ryan's story
1st Principle Group founder Ryan Bailey built a successful organizational effectiveness company (LIROS Group) and a flourishing Christian counseling practice (1st Principle Group), but at a cost. Unfortunately, not until both businesses were well established did Ryan see how much good he had sacrificed along the way. He had given up his health, time with his family, true fellowship, and other essentials.
1st Principle Leadership (1PL) was built to help other Christian heads of companies prevent and correct the mistakes Ryan made. Rooted in the teaching in Colossians that, as followers of Jesus Christ, “He is to be our First Principle,” we seek to live in congruence with Christ and empower others to live in accordance with this truth, not only propelling themselves, their families, and their businesses forward but also advancing the Kingdom. God gets the glory, and we thrive.
