The CHEW™ Method: From Insight to Impact

One question that transforms how you lead, love, and live.

Most Christians believe God loves them — but what would change if that love shaped how you actually responded in your biggest moments? The CHEW™ method helps Christian leaders and professionals experience God's love as a daily, functional reality through one simple question:

"If I really believed God loves me as much as He loves Jesus (John 17:23), what would change in me right now?"

What Changes When You CHEW™

CHEW™ gives high-performing Christian leaders a steady way to bring that one question into real meetings, emails, conversations, and decisions. Over time, God’s love becomes the place you actually live from—grounding your inner life, deepening your closest relationships, and sharpening how you steward your influence. You stay more settled inside, more present with your people, and more aligned with what God is doing in your work and home.

CHEW™ is a simple, Gospel-shaped practice that walks you through four steps—Clarity, Hear, Exchange, and Walk—so God’s love moves from head to heart in the middle of real life.

CHEW™ is the framework behind everything we do. It’s what makes our Strategic Programs produce lasting transformation — not just good conversations. If you want structured, high-touch support for practicing CHEW in your leadership, relationships, and personal growth, explore our programs.

How to CHEW

1. Start with the Core Question

Pause in the middle of whatever you're facing and ask: "If I really believed God loves me as much as He loves Jesus (John 17:23), what would change in me right now?"

Be honest about what surfaces--less pressure, more peace, greater confidence, deeper trust; that first gut response shows where God's truth needs to reach your heart.

How to CHEW

2. Notice What You Discovered

Pay attention to what came to mind. Did you picture feeling less pressure, more peace, or more freedom to be honest?

This reveals the gap between what you know about God's love and what your heart actually believes in the moment—and that's exactly where God's love is ready to meet you.

How to CHEW

3. Check Your Response Against Scripture

Ask, "Is what I thought actually true according to God's Word?" If you thought, "I'd worry less," Scripture shows that God cares for you; if you thought, "I'd feel more confident," Scripture reveals that you are his beloved child in Christ.

God's Word becomes the anchor that defines reality, even when your feelings haven't caught up yet.

How to CHEW

4. Believe God's Truth

Respond to what God has already said about his love for you, even if your emotions are slow to follow.

His love for you is as complete as his love for Jesus—Gospel fact grounded in his initiative, not your effort.

Faith receives and leans on what God declares about you and enters into relationship with him on that basis.

Ready to Start Your Core CHEW Journey?

Take One Small Step

Act in light of what God has said. Take a deep breath and whisper, "God loves me like he loves Jesus," not because you feel it, but because God has bound himself to you in Christ; stand a little taller because, in Christ, you are his child and fully loved.

These small, concrete responses help Gospel truth sink deeper into your heart.
