How CHEW Groups Work
Session Format

60-minute confidential meetings, once a week, designed to fit demanding schedules while creating space for meaningful, lasting growth.

6–8 serious Christian adults per group — small enough for depth, trust, and real accountability.
Group Structure

Four 12-week rounds per year, with intentional breaks for rest, reflection, and family so you stay sharp and fully engaged throughout the year.

CHEW Methodology
Every session anchors in the four-step CHEW process so there is clear structure for every conversation:

Clarity (get real) — bringing honest thoughts, experiences, and reflections before God and trusted peers.

Hear (God's truth) — listening together to Scripture and the Spirit's direction for the specific situation at hand.

Exchange (old beliefs for Gospel reality) — replacing what you've been operating from with what is actually true in Christ.

Walk (practical next steps) — choosing one or two concrete actions that align with God's love and truth this week.
Each week, the group applies this same process to wherever God is at work in your life and leadership — so transformation becomes a repeatable rhythm, not a one-time event.
