Ryan focuses on premium, integrated work with Christian leaders and professionals — combining counseling, coaching, and (when desired) consulting to address leadership, marriage, and personal growth as one conversation. Our team members — Becca, Claire, and Lucas — provide Gospel-centered counseling and coaching on a sliding scale, serving women, men, and families who want the same core foundation at more accessible rates.

When you reach out, we briefly review your goals, preferences (such as working with a man or woman), and budget. Based on that, we'll recommend either working directly with Ryan or with one of our team members, and we'll explain why that recommendation fits.

Our sliding scale is based on annual gross household income. We take your annual income, divide it by $1,000, and then round up to the nearest 5-dollar increment, with a minimum of $75 and a maximum of $125 per 45-minute session. For example, a household income of $50,000 pays $75 per session, $81,000 pays $85 per session, and $180,000 pays $125 per session. Claire and Lucas see clients online only, while Becca offers online sessions and has limited in-person availability in her own counseling space at 1st Principle Group's offices.

No. Some leaders and professionals begin with a team member, especially if budget is a primary concern right now. Others work directly with Ryan from the start for more intensive, integrated work. We'll help you discern the best starting point in a brief, confidential conversation.

Yes. Some clients begin with a team member and later transition to working with Ryan as their needs evolve. When that happens, we coordinate the transition carefully so your story, goals, and progress are honored and you don't feel like you're starting over.

All team members offer secure online sessions, and some also have limited in-person availability depending on schedule and location. We'll clarify your options when you reach out so you can choose what works best with your life and responsibilities.

Yes. All sessions are confidential within the limits of the law and ethical practice, and we clearly explain those limits before we begin.
