This program includes optional joint sessions with co-founders, business partners, or key direct reports. The focus is on the leader and their closest professional relationships — building alignment, trust, and mutual effectiveness where it matters most.

• Weekly 30- or 60-minute one-to-one sessions.
• SALVES assessment and Level of Structure assessment included.
• A tailored Engagement Guide shaped in part by the level of structure the client desires (see what happens between sessions).
• Optional joint sessions with co-founders, business partners, or key direct reports.
• A Stakeholder Alignment Map that grows and deepens with you over time.
• Session Summary Notes after each session, highlighting key insights, decisions, and next steps (see what happens between sessions).
• Brief between-session communication by email, text, or phone for time-sensitive clarification, generally five minutes or less.
• Myers-Briggs Step II required for all clients who have not already completed it; the assessment fee is $125 and includes scoring and a full written review of results. A formal debrief may be added separately.

Engagement Timeline

These programs work best when clients approach them as a meaningful season of intentional growth rather than a one-time conversation. In most cases, a minimum initial commitment of three months is recommended so there is enough time to build traction, deepen insight, and translate growth into steady, measurable progress.

Scheduling & Between-Session Access

Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for each client. Brief between-session communication is intended for clarification, quick course corrections, or time-sensitive questions, not for replacing a scheduled session. In general, brief touchpoints are designed to remain under five minutes unless otherwise specified within a given program.

Investment Structure

Program fees are typically billed monthly. Assessment fees are separate when noted. If a customized structure is needed because of scheduling, travel, or the desired session cadence, a tailored monthly arrangement can be discussed in advance.

Confidentiality & Engagement Scope
