For Christian leaders carrying weight most people don't see

Bespoke 1:1 advisory and coaching for Christian executives, founders, owners, and the couples who lead alongside them.

What leaders typically bring

The Engagement

What 1:1 engagements look like

Where useful, I draw on MBTI Step II, EQ-i 2.0, CliftonStrengths 34, and SALVES โ€” but the work itself is the relationship, not the assessment.

The WORK

More Than The Hours We Meet

Every engagement includes focused between-session work โ€” Session Summary Notes within 72 hours, a living Engagement Guide, dedicated deep-thinking time each week, quarterly reviews, and CHEWโ„ข integration woven through it all. For every minute we spend together, I spend at least the same amount of time on your work between sessions. It's the reason I keep a limited client roster.

Marriage & Leadership

When the marriage is one of the four

For many Christian leaders, the relationship with their spouse is the one with the biggest gap โ€” or the one that quietly determines all the others. Marriage work belongs in this conversation, not in a different practice down the street.

Both Spouses as Clients

Couples engagements

Both spouses present in most sessions; the marriage itself is the primary frame; each spouse is equally a client.

Leader-Centered

Leader-and-spouse engagements

The leader is the primary client; the spouse joins for a portion because the leadership and the marriage cannot be untangled.

Same biblical foundation. Same depth. Same confidentiality.

What Clients Say

There are coaches, and then there is Ryan. I've been around people who read others well โ€” I'd even put myself in that category โ€” but Ryan operates on a different level entirely. His ability to see what's really going on in a person, beneath the surface, beneath the professional polish, is genuinely rare. It's not a skill he learned in a certification program. It's a gift.

Combining Individual & Firm Work

When individual work pairs with firm work

Many leaders eventually bring me in to work with their leadership team. When that happens, the individual work and the team work reinforce each other โ€” the leader does the interior work the firm needs them to do, and the team does the work the firm needs them to do together.
