The Starting Point

Start with a Discovery Engagement

A 3โ€“4 week structured engagement that gives both of us a clear, honest read on your leadership team and a concrete recommendation for next steps.

Week

One

  • 60-minute conversation with the owner or senior leader to surface what you're seeing, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for
  • Schedule individual 30-minute interviews with each member of the leadership team (typically 4โ€“8 people)

Week

Two & Three

  • 30-minute confidential interview with each leader
  • Each team member completes the SALVES assessment to identify the core drivers underneath what each leader is optimizing for
  • If we continue together after Discovery, ongoing work adds MBTI Step II, EQ-i 2.0, and CliftonStrengths 34 โ€” and the Team Read is updated accordingly

Week

Four

  • Written Team Read delivered to the owner: dynamics, communication, trust, decision-making, faith integration, patterns underneath, concrete recommendations
  • 90-minute leadership team session: we walk the team through the read together and align on next steps
  • You keep the Team Read and the SALVES results

A note on confidentiality

What each team member shares is held strictly confidential. To make it harder to know who said what, a theme needs to be voiced by at least two members of the team before it appears in the Team Read.
