Engagement Timeline
These programs work best when approached as a meaningful season of intentional growth rather than a one-time conversation. In most cases, an initial engagement of at least three months — enough time for meaningful patterns to surface, deepen, and translate into lasting growth.
Scheduling & Between-Session Access
Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for each client. Brief between-session communication is available for clarification, quick course correction, or time-sensitive questions, but is not intended to replace a scheduled session. In most cases, these touchpoints remain under five minutes unless otherwise specified within a given program.
Investment Structure
Program fees are typically billed monthly. The Strategic Impact program includes a separate MBTI Step II assessment fee of $125, which covers scoring and a comprehensive written review. All assessments are included in the Strategic Leadership and Strategic Signature programs. If a customized structure is needed because of scheduling, travel, or the desired session cadence, a tailored monthly arrangement can be discussed in advance.
Engagement Framework & Scope
These programs are designed to provide thoughtful, faith-informed coaching, counseling-informed guidance, and consulting within the agreed scope of the engagement. If a client’s goals expand beyond that scope, the next best path forward can be clarified together.
