CHEW™ Groups are confidential, weekly peer communities for Christian professionals, leaders, and high achievers who excel in career, school, or ministry and want a safe place to process the weight they carry with others who “get it.”

How CHEW Groups Work
Session Format
60‑minute confidential meetings, once a week, designed to fit into full, demanding schedules while still allowing time for meaningful heart‑level work.
6-8 serious Christian adults per group for depth, safety, and accountability without getting lost in a crowd.
Group Structure
Four 12‑week rounds per year, with strategic breaks for rest, reflection, and family so you can stay engaged and refreshed over the long haul.
Core Experience
Honest processing of real growth areas-leadership, relationships, family, personal integrity, and faith-so you’re not just “venting,” but actually moving toward wise, Gospel‑anchored change.
Peer support from people who understand both your professional pressures and your desire to follow Jesus with integrity.
No surface talk-just authentic connection, thoughtful questions, and substantial growth over time.
CHEW Methodology
Every session anchors in the four‑step CHEW process so you’re not guessing what to do with what you share:
Confess (what’s real) – naming honest thoughts, feelings, and patterns before God and trusted peers.
Hear (God’s truth) – listening together to Scripture and the Spirit’s invitation for this specific situation.
Exchange (old beliefs for Gospel reality) – identifying the scripts you’ve lived from and replacing them with what’s actually true in Christ.
Walk (practical next steps) – choosing one or two concrete actions that align with God’s love and truth this week.
Each week, the group applies this same process to whatever you’re facing in life or leadership so transformation becomes a repeatable rhythm, not a one‑time event.It all starts with our core question:
“If I really believed God loves me as much as He loves Jesus, what would change in me right now?”
