Tell Your Story

How you show up today is grounded in experiences that have formed you, and the same goes for your team. This workshop is designed to help contributors learn how to share their story (as well as what parts of their stories are relevant) to unlock mutual trust on teams.

 

The Economics of Forgiveness

Forgiveness is the key in achieving true mutual trust. In this workshop, learn in this training what forgiveness is and is not, and gain critical insights into how, oftentimes, what we perceive as justice may actually be revenge.
